With a couple of work mates, we went out to do some night photography of the city; Wanting to get a photograph of the Westgate Bridge, we came upon a little car park underneath one of the bridge’s structural pillars.
The area was located at Stony Creek reserve, which as the photograph shows, contains a long walk way that leads towards the Yarra River bank.
What inspired me to take the photograph is the leading lines of the walkway with the Westgate Bridge still taking prominence and in harmony with the overall scene.
It was a very cold winters night, but despite the low temperatures, there was not an inch of regret as snapping this picture was priceless.
